He told me that he was getting the vehicle pulled around for me and would have it waiting when we arrived. He told me that it was in great condition with no damage and in fact it was the greatest deal on the lot. I was assured by Z that the vehicle was in great condition and that he walked around the vehicle today to verify. ![]() I live over an hour from their location and did not want to drive there if the vehicle was not as described on the websites. I was inquiring the vehicle was still available and ask if the vehicle had any significant damage. ![]() Our experience with Tim Short/Logan Polly was all positive and I would not hesitate to deal with them in future and would recommend them to family and/or friends.On JI spoke with Z about a 2015 GMC Yukon XL they had listed on their site as well as Car Gurus. I would have preferred that they had not charged our card unless we were a no show but bottom line our credit card was reimbursed. Although they did clean up the vehicle and fill it with gas they did agree to reimburse us our deposit. Logan expressed a possible willingness to lower price of vehicle a few hundred dollars to help pay for new tires but when we declined he did not pressure us to purchase. I suspect the cause of both issues are the tires which are original but with it being a $33,000 vehicle we weren't willing to assume the risk. Our test drive revealed that we could hear a lot of road noise and the ride itself was rough. The facility at London is small and as a result of the COVID we were not allowed in the building which was unfortunate since we had to travel 90 miles but won't hold that against them.įrom an appearance standpoint the car was perfect, looked brand new, which is surprising since it had 38,000 miles on the odometer. We put a $500 hold on the vehicle since we live out of town with the understanding that if for some reason we did not like the vehicle we would be reimbursed. Please take my advice dont buy here i had to quite my job because i have no transportation and soon will be homeless for just makeing the wrong choice of car lot i wish i could have that day back and i would pass that car lot up Transmission goes out i am just a big looser so i call my salesman and he said they was not nouthing he could do because i bought it as is so i bought a timing chain had freind put it on a few days go by and on the way to work my now a month latter it wouldnt start so i had a freind look at it he said starter was out so i got new starter and had him but it onfor me so theirs $200.00 well he got starter on and it still would not do anything so he said it was the timing chain. i gave $6000.00 plus a trade inĪbout 3 days i start it up back out drive way put it in drive and when i gave it gas it would not do nouthing so i rolled down the hill and try to pull out it barley would go i pulled over and shut it off waited about 5 minutes still would not do anything so shut it back off for about 20 min and try it again and it was fine so i thought well maybe i hadit in neutral or something i was hopeing Any way cause it was a very nice clean car and i was so happy so i just let it go. ![]() I bought a 2010 gmc terrain in october the salesman said it had issue with the air conditioner.
